Do you have unanswered questions about portable restrooms or other services Portable Johns provides? If you are unable to find an answer to your question below, please call our locally-owned and operated team. We're more than willing to answer any questions you may have.

We have been servicing the Central Coast with premier sanitation facilities for over 40 years. Reach out to us for prompt delivery.
  • What type of hitch is on the trailers?

    We have a drop pin hitch on our portables that are trailered.

  • Will the restrooms be clean when they are delivered?

    Our Restrooms are pressure washed, wiped down and fully stocked when delivered. So, they are most certainly clean.

  • Are the restrooms different for men and women?

    The restrooms are generic, they all have a urinal and a toilet. Some have sinks inside if requested. We can put signs to designate men or women.

  • Do the restrooms lock?

    We can make sure you receive a restroom with a lock and provide you with a key. Just let us know when you place your order.

  • What service is offered?

    Rentals receive weekly service, as long as we are able to access the restroom. Additional service is also available if needed.  


    No service is offered for special event toilets unless specifically requested.

  • What if my unit is not accessible for service?

    We will make every effort to get your rental serviced. If you are missed, let the office know as soon as possible, and we will work with you to get the problem corrected.
